Barbara Koop

UX/Usability expert with a background in Cognitive Psychology and AI, in the field since 2001. After freelancing as a consultant for 9 years, she filled a number of leading and managing positions at Elsevier, Webpower, Newcraft and Funda. She is currently working on Philips Health Systems, building a global usability team.

Barbara is passionate about people and innovations, always searching for new ways to understand the mind of the user.
